Summary: Overall our stay here was great. 14 of us went there to celebrate turning 70. The upstairs area of the house (with 4 bedrooms and all of the living spaces) was really wonderful. We loved using the large kitchen for meals and sitting outside on the beautiful porch area in the evenings for sunsets. The downstairs area (3 bedrooms, 2 baths) was not as nice. The rooms were a bit darker and not as upgraded as those upstairs. Several of the bulbs were out in the room and it was difficult to see what was in the closet! This was reported to Arturo, the house manager but was never remedied during our stay. Arturo was usually very helpful and responsive with most of our needs.The meals we had prepared for us were excellent and enjoyed by all, especially for our birthday celebration dinner! Concerns:The main issue for us was that there was construction going on next door. It was on the other side of the wall of the upstairs bedrooms. Very loud construction started around 7 AM most days and did not make for a relaxing atmosphere. Construction dust would fly around. The property doesn't really have much control over that but if we had known about it, we would have made a different choice. It did impact our enjoyment of this house.ATV--one of them was not safe to drive; this was reported and taken off of our bill. They took it for repair.Overall a beautiful place with a few issues to consider.
